Christy and Dave founded Next Level Leadership to serve a crucial need: how do leaders get to that next level? We have built great teams, great products, and happy customers at a wide range of companies. Along the way, we designed, built, and ran the Tableau Leadership Academy as Tableau scaled from $100M to $1B, and helped hundreds of employees.
