My journey began by my father’s side, immersed in his research on organizational development. His mission to create a better world inspired me deeply, and from a young age our family moved around the world serving diverse international communities. This experience sparked in me a profound commitment to service that I carry into my work with clients today. 

But my true passion? Helping leaders like you achieve your fullest potential.

I have empathy for how challenging and lonely it can be to lead, and believe the ripple effects on the organization by the leader are far and wide. In my opinion, a better world starts with our leaders.
